My iPod died. Oh dear.
The image you see to the left is what my Pod is haunted with, that display and the usually much-loved apple logo. Lately, however, the logo has been the source of much effing and blinding as I have tried everything possible to sort out my iPod. The red cross page told me to put my iPod into disk mode. That didn't work, so I tried this site, oh, and this one. Oh, right, forgot about this one. Even this poor soul over at Yahoo! Answers had the red cross appear, and the answer is the same as the
links above.
So now I'm stuck. What do I do? My iPod is my entertainment for the bus, the train, the car, the walking, the studying, the... everything. I ask everyone who owns an iPod what to do, they direct me to the links by apple. I ask another few friends, they tell me to Google stuff. Fat lot of good that's done. My iPod is still stuck, is still dead and worst of all, I lack music in my ears. That, and the fact that if it refuses to work it would be lots of money down the drain. I'm hoping that I can just send off my Pod and hope Apple are kind enough to fix/replace it. If not then this is going to be my first (and probably not last) iPod gone to waste.
Hmm. Maybe it's all a huge scam.
